Job Description
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
- Fabricates or repairs parts and fixtures of defectives components.
- Implements the regular preventive maintenance program, recommends any additional needs not included in the preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor the results of the planned maintenance program and introduce any required changes where effectiveness needs to be improved.
- Supervise technicians to improve maintenance quality and assigns their duties.
- Install and calibrate all new spare parts.
- Continuous deals with inventory to ensure and perform all required spare parts for equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
- Experience 2 to 5 years in heavy industry.
- mainly experience in the maintenance of tippers and trailers.
- Has a background in maintaining loaders and excavators.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Previous experience in Actros and MCV maintenance.
- Not more than 35 years old.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Males only.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to perform maintenance plans.
