Job Description
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and production lines.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and upgrades.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain an organized inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and control circuits.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to electrical maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
