Job Description
We are a UK Tech start up that is looking for Customer Service Agents to handle phone calls, live chats and e-mails to British people.
We are currently working 100% remotely therefore you must have a quiet place and good internet.
EGP6,000 increasing to 8,000 after 3 months (training & probation period.)
- Handling e-mail enquiries in a professional way.
- Receiving and making calls to customers.
- Answering questions on our live chat interface.
- Managing tools such as Google Sheets
Job Requirements
You must have:
- Strong English skills (written & verbal).
- Experience dealing with British People in a customer-facing role.
- Willingness to Learn.
- Friendly & “Can-do” attitude.
- Must have your own Laptop & USB Headset.
- Must have Internet Speed of 5MBs +
- Good Computer Skills
