Job Description

We are a UK Tech start up that is looking for Customer Service Agents to handle phone calls, live chats and e-mails to British people. 

We are currently working 100% remotely therefore you must have a quiet place and good internet.

EGP6,000 increasing to 8,000 after 3 months (training & probation period.)

  • Handling e-mail enquiries in a professional way.
  • Receiving and making calls to customers.
  • Answering questions on our live chat interface.
  • Managing tools such as Google Sheets

Job Requirements

You must have:

  • Strong English skills (written & verbal).
  • Experience dealing with British People in a customer-facing role.
  • Willingness to Learn.
  • Friendly & “Can-do” attitude.
  • Must have your own Laptop & USB Headset.
  • Must have Internet Speed of 5MBs +
  • Good Computer Skills
