Job Description
- Hiring a professional Human Resources Specialist, who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties, and will work closely with HR manager.
- You will be responsible for carrying out duties in different functions, such as; filing, employee relations, recruitment, employee orientation, development and counseling among other duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Participate at day to day operation
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Assist in keeping employee's hiring documents completed.
- Responsible for Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Manage & update employee’s files.
- Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
- Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
- Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires.
- Filling all Hiring documents.
- Strong experience in all aspects of labor office and social insurance regulation and requirements, including; enforcing adherence to requirements and advising on needed actions.
- Securing the confidentiality of the organization’s information, and actively implementing the code of ethics.
- Implementing and administering employee policies, while continuously identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
- Delivering effective support to the HR Manager and the broader business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR functions.
- Generating HR data analysis and reports with good experience in managing and developing direct reports
- Follow-up and prepare all attendance management with all related process including annual vacations, permissions, and penalty etc.
- Responsible for the onboarding process for the new employee including an orientation process with regular follow up.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR generalist.
- Not less than 5 years of experience in human resources
- Fluency in English language.
- Professional flexibility to meet changing business needs

- Excellent communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in an HR-related field is a plus
- Strong academic HR record is a plus
- Proficiency in content management is an asset
