Job Description

The Sr. Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the suppliers' accounts, product procurement and data management

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the supplier's account
  • Negotiating prices and offers with suppliers for reaching the best deals
  • Handling product procurement and finalizing contracts
  • Evaluating suppliers and getting alternatives and solutions for expanding and improving the suppliers network
  • Product data management, ensuring accurate product information and pricing
  • Preventing out of stock problems
  • Frequently updating the product prices and inventory

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in commerce or equivalent experience
  • Purchasing experience (e-commerce experience is preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Good computer skills (eg. Excel, Word)
