Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the company's workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Assist in designing and implementing OD programs such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop action plans to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to creating a positive organizational culture.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Job Requirements
