Roaming Section Head

Job Role  :

• Commercial management for Roaming base, customer experience, Revenue and margins development.
• Proactive decisions for WE roaming plans and implementing strategy for maintaining our domination in roaming front.

Main Responsibility:

• Work closely with other departments to gather data & information to update the roaming revenues & revenues forecast, and raise alarms based on agreed-on thresholds.
• Coordinate with WE internal departments to monitor and handle roaming related complaints (Technical / Bill Disputes).
• Monitor the Network Performance from Roaming Perspective & interface with Technical departments to enhance Outbound Roamers’ experience.
• Develop a market sizing and competitive analysis every Quarter to benchmark the company’s position.
• Conduct a profitability analysis on a regular basis to monitor the profitability and the margins
  Collaborated in producing the yearly commercial plan and budget for each year
  Support other segments (Prepaid-Post-paid & corporate) in joint venture products and propositions.
• Ensure the maximum inflow of foreign currency to the company through inbound roaming activities.
• Conduct yearly analysis to be presented to top management illustrating the overall achievements and net take of this year, in addition to setting next year strategy and goal
