Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing designs to match specifications, regulations & standards coordinating architectural designs with all other disciplines.
- Responsible for reviewing and coordinating with other design teams such as structural, MEP. to resolve interface issues between different trades.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation of efficient data sets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery schedules.
- Preparing of Planning Package for Residence and Industrial Projects.
- Participate in re-designing, Working Drawings supervising architectural designs and ensure compliance with the planned objectives implementing architectural works & Presentation.
- Tracking and reporting on architectural Issues and progress-Assisting Production of monthly progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
- At least 8-9 years’ experience in development field.
- Spent at least 2 years as a team leader.
