Job Description
- Planning of Social media Strategies to Help Drive Traffic and Engagement.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share creative daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages target customers to engage.
- Measure and report the success of every social media campaign.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Keep Up to Date with any Social Media Trends.
- Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ and engage with the social media users.
- Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing with advanced studies in Marketing from an accredited university
- At least 3 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Outstanding consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluent English language.
