Job Description
- To guide and consult the colleagues for employee relation issues in Head Office and stores and make store visits
- To manage and resolve complex employee issues, disciplinary and exit processes in line with Legal and related teams
- To provide performance management guidance and execute performance management process,
- To develop feedback culture and rewarding systems,
- To lead HR projects regarding performance management, employee engagement and satisfaction
- To keep relevant HR systems up to date and ready to produce periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by HQ
Job Requirements
Education & Language Skills
- Bachelor degree of any university
- Excellent verbal & written English Language skills
Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably as HR Performance Specialist, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Having Excellent level of MS Office and reporting skills
- Labor Law knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
- No restriction to travel
