Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support to the Academic Supervisor.
- Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and documentation.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and internal communication.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities.
- Track instructor performance and collect student feedback.
- Follow up on student tasks sent via WhatsApp.
- Prepare academic and administrative documents as needed.
- Provide backup support for classes and placement tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Education, English, Administration, or related)
- TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification is a MUST
- Prior teaching experience
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong multitasking abilities and discretion with confidential information
- Fluent written and spoken English
