Job Description
- Contribute effectively to the teachers’ preparation of lessons and assist in setting out learning materials appropriate to the planned activity.
- Assist & Supervise students to develop Literacy and Numeracy skills in a one-to-one or group setting.
- Work within a framework set by the assigned teacher, to plan their role in lessons including how they will provide feedback to students and colleagues on students’ learning and behavior.
- Distribute teaching materials, textbooks, workbooks, stationery as necessary.
- Support in corrections when needed.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of written & spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the same position is a must.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- ICT capability.
- Knowledge of strategies that promote good behavior and discipline.
