Job Description
- Deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons to children and teens, ensuring a student-centered learning experience.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Monglish Academy’s curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic virtual classroom environment that encourages active participation and linguistic development.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and constructive communication with learners and their families.
- Incorporate a variety of extracurricular activities and digital resources to enhance language acquisition and retention.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and academic coordinators to share best practices and contribute to curriculum improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions and training workshops provided by Monglish Academy.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and support for each student’s learning journey.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English, preferably to children and teens in an online setting.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver interactive virtual classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with young learners.
- Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and online classroom management tools.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
