Job Description

Looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team, She will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. She will be the first point of contact for our clients and will need to be friendly, patient, and responsive to their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, social media, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
