Job Title: Managing Director

Job Summary:
Taking into consideration the company’s vision and plans, the Managing Director supervises all the company’s activities to translate its vision and plans into results. Through a mix of decision-making, problem-solving, and coordination processes, M.D. should ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the company.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Participate in the preparation of the Design Zone strategic plan
Follow up on the implementation of plans with the Design Zone Team
Determine the sales target
Follow up on the project, identify and correct performance. Monitor sector performance, identify deviations, and correct them using performance deviations through the performance management and evaluation system
Follow up on the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures
Solving administrative problems and ensuring that there is complete coordination and cooperation among the company’s
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Business Degree / Architecture, and understanding of business
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior management roles
Knowledge Required:
o Planning and structuring
o Team building
o Information analysis and decision-making
Languages:
o Arabic: Excellent in speaking, writing, and reading
o English: Excellent in speaking, writing, and reading
Computer Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Office
o Proficiency in using Internet applications
