Duties include budgetary oversight on different project aspects, selecting project team members from existing departments, and working on setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Working with business, the ERP PM has responsibilities to ensure the future ERP system requirements meet organizational needs. The ERP project manager assists with determining the scope of the project, setting deadlines, assigning IT/business responsibilities, and overall ownership of project activities such as blueprint/business requirements, build, compliance, UAT test script creation & execution, cutover, go live and hyper-care activities.Job responsibilities:Define project scope, timeline, and budget with other critical stakeholdersManage project in accordance with the project planServe as liaison to the steering committeeProvide overall project directionHandle problem resolutionConduct phase gate reviews prior to key milestonesSupport and facilitate to keep stakeholders apprised of the project’s status and respond to questions or inquiries regarding the project including delivering presentations to senior staffServe as liaison to the corporate and regional business process ownersSupervise project business resources and ensure availability to project timeline/needsEnsure completeness of gap analysisResponsible for blueprint/business requirements documentResponsible for business process change management, communication, and business train-the-trainer approachEnsure completeness of user acceptance testingResponsible for cutover planAssess business readiness prior to go liveWork with local management to plan and schedule participation of key business stakeholders in testing activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support during management of the execution of testing activities monitoring progressWork with local management to plan and schedule participation of key stakeholders in end user trainingJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business or a comparable fieldAt least 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership2–3 years of experience with ERP software such as SAP S4/HANA, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 3652–3 years of SOX experience is a big plusArabic and English speakerExperience managing multiple suppliers and vendorsERP or mid-market ERP project implementation experienceDemonstrated ability to work across business lines and drive objectivesAbility to manage complex conversations with senior leadershipAction-oriented, detail-focused, and well-organizedStrong business acumen with knowledge of external best practicesInterpersonal savvy with the ability to tactfully resolve conflict and drive changePMP certification is a plusThe candidate has to be an Individual contributor (no direct reports)
