Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Consultant to help us expand our clientele in the market of digital solutions for premium Food and beverage. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Goal
- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand the nature of our digital product and how it is benefiting our partners and clients in the premium food and beverage sector.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain (achieve sales revenue targets) and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Collect payment and manage any financial issues
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and training with the cooperation of the technical/support teams
- Build long-term relationships with new customers
- Providing regular performance reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention
Job Requirements
Career-related:
- Proven sales track record of 3-4 years' experience in the industry of Digital solutions, Food & beverage, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in a digital solutions company is a PLUS.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
Skills related:
- Market knowledge (Digital solutions, Food & beverage)
- English fluency is a must.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Be highly computer literate, adept at excel & PowerPoint & CRM software (Hubspot) & highly online savvy.
- Be capable of presenting and closing at Senior Management levels
- Target oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be a seasoned negotiator
- Ability to build rapport
