About the Job
  • Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
  • Respond promptly to customers inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
  • Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
  • Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of any university background
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years
  • Good English Language
  • Computer skills required: good MS office skills
  • Males only
