Job Description

Elsalon.net, is Egypt's first traditional marriage platform. We are looking for a team leader to lead our customer support agents on the platform and social media. The responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of moderators and admins on our platform to make sure that they adhere to our standards and that the goals of our platform are fulfilled.
  • Making sure that the users on our platform have a good experience and all issues are resolved professionally.
  • Introducing new rules, regulations and features that deliver the best experience to our users.
  • Identify performance gaps and proposing new procedures to fill them.
  • Helping with the recruitment and training of new members of the team.
  • Maintaining our social media presence and proposing new strategies for marketing.
  • Engaging in useful conversations with our users and identifying the needs and valid concerns of the users and taking actions to address them.

 

Job Requirements

  • A University degree
  • A lot of wisdom and common sense in dealing with different kinds of users and making decisions related to marriage related issues.
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, positive thinking and fast learning skills.
  • A lot of creativity, confidence and initiative taking
  • Sound technical experience with using computers and preferably live chatting platform
  • Experience with digital marketing is a huge plus.
  • Residence in Giza or nearby.
