Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Day to Day liaising & supporting Operations Team.
Conduct a monthly assessment of the suppliers of the procurement in terms of commitment deadlines and quantities required and the required quality etc.

Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Commercial, or any relevant field
Experience in the field of Construction is a must (or construction background)
High self-motivation and the ability to perform with minimum supervision, as well as within a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills.
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience (At least 1 year in procurement with planning background).
Proficient in MS Office software and search engines
