Job Description
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing the requirement and requisition plan for both the Supply, Demand, and Production departments to ensure meeting the agreed-upon organizational performance plans within allocated budgets and lead times.
- Coordinates with suppliers the quantities of the supplied materials and the terms of delivery
- Assist in Negotiating payment terms and delivery methods.
- Arranging with the supplier the required documentation for goods clearance
- Assist in Follow-up on the clearance procedures & documentation received and ensuring the arrival of the shipments in good condition to the sites.
- Bid assessment and cooperating in making decisions on best offers provided.
- Maintain section operational documents and reports.
- Coordinating among different departments (Supply, Demand, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure smooth operation.
- Achieving cost savings
- Find alternative materials and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
- Purchase Orders and Procurement skills.
- Strong Communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Oracle User is preferred.
