Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Handling correspondences (in/out faxes, e-mails, memos, ….etc.)
  • Developing & following up the filling system of the office.
  • Arranging appointments & daily agenda.
  • Preparing presentations upon request.
  • Contact travel agencies for getting the best offers.
  • Register all the Company contracts, deals and agreements into the legal database system.
  • Follow up the pending contracts.
  • Arrange the issuing of visas & air tickets booking.
  • Carryout registration procedures for conferences & seminars.

  • Gender: Male/ Female.
  • Related Experience: 3-4 years of experience.
