Job Description
- Make a complete feasibility study for all projects for Aluminum system such as structural glazing, curtain walls, skylights, hinged and sliding door, and windows
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize
- Innovative personality to reduce costs through leaner supply chains, better material sourcing, leaner production
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in the field of the Aluminum systems such as structural glazing, curtain walls, skylights, hinged and sliding door, and windows
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
