Job Description
- Elaborately brief internal teams to ensure that the strategies, objectives, and plans set for clients are well-communicated
- Collect the data needed in order for internal teams to carry out the execution of needed outputs (AKA briefs)
- Coach, direct and asses the reporting account executives and communicate their assessments to the client servicing manager
- Set up regular meetings (preferably twice a month) to discuss in-depth details with clients
- Negotiate and close deals in a cost-efficient manner (both internally and externally)
- Pitch the company’s services and products for prospects/potential clients
- Develop thorough account plans for each handled client
- Delivery monthly business reports for each client, including delivered outputs, duration of delivery, round of amends (if any), pending/remaining outputs, clients’ constructive notes/feedbacks, and hindrances (if any)
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- +3 years of experience in the digital marketing field (at least)
- Thorough briefing, information-attainment, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of proper, full-fledged account planning
- Previous experience in managing clients' financials (budgeting, quotations, etc.)
