Job Description

  • Answer calls of clients and calls the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects
  • Handling customers demand
  • Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
  • Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits.
  • Understanding your customers’ needs.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Facilitating the process of buying a property by making a comparison between different projects
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM.
  • Help the client find the property that best suits their needs and budget.
  • Create a daily performance report and send it to the Sales Manager and Team Leader

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in a similar role, in the real estate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Both genders are welcome to apply
  • Presentable
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in new capital real estate sales is a plus
