Job Description

Talent Acquisition: (80%)

  • Responsible for Employer Branding Initiatives "Internal and External"
  • Responsible for Recruiting and Hiring for the META Region.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers of META region to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Headhunt and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with HR Team, hiring managers, business leaders as well as candidates and promote Ingram Micro brand at large.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Employees Development: (20%)

  • Responsible for the employees’ development plans.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assess employees’ development needs through surveys or consultations with Managers.
  • Design and create monthly workshops for employees on training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
  • Conduct face to face training sessions based on business needs and updates

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in Employees Development
  • IT Distribution headhunting and hiring is a must
  • Regional Talent Acquisition is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Exceptional Communication skills
