Job Description
- Identify and present /report regular feedback on customers' needs, markets trends and competitors activities affecting the market.
- Achieve Home Delivery sales and profitability target in line with company’s company strategy and guidelines; (Sales and profitability)
- Ensure home delivery process is carried out effectively and efficiently from receiving order until delivering it to the customer; achieve delivery time and accuracy targets accurate.
- Resolve complaints in an immediate manner and develop proactive action plan to avoid recurrence of complaints. (Customer)
- Train staff on proper handling of merchandise during the delivery process to maintain high safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper maintenance of equipment (call center tools), systems and vehicles and resolve technical obstacles in timely manner. (Vehicles and tools call center etcc)
- Forecast delivery volumes by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets to plan team size and staffing schedules. Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
- Ensure implementation of all department related policies.
- Facilitate communication between operation team and other departments; resolve conflicts and provide assistance as needed.
- Control store turnover and recruit suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Assist, guide, coach and develop the team in resolving day-to-day problems and conducting required tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct performance appraisal for the team and set annual objectives for the team in line with department business plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: at least 10 years’ experience.
- User of Microsoft Office.
