- Traveling throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and build positive relationships
- Designing and recommending sales programs
- Setting short and long-term sales strategies
- Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region’s sales volume
- Displaying or demonstrating products using samples and emphasizing salable features
- Arranging promotional and point-of-purchase displays in showrooms
- Estimating date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of Fleet Engineers’ production and delivery schedules
- Preparing reports of business transactions and keeping expense accounts
- Representing the company at trade shows, open houses, and other activities
- Collecting, analyzing, and sharing market information regarding , products, pricing, and trends
- Communicating with factory and warehouse personnel to satisfy customer requests, quotes, inquiries, and orders
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area is preferred with experience in the field a strong plus
- Five years experience, at least in a similar position in the same area and preferably has experience ın home & personal care products from one of the following companies(HENKEL , COLGATE PALMOLIVE , JONSON-SEN , P&G, RECKIT BENCKISER, UNILEVER, EVYAP )
- Strong communication, self-management, and organizational skills (these are essential)
- Well-developed presentation and sales skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Residency located within the sales territory
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- An ability to travel frequently
