Job Description
- Use strategic workforce planning tools, develop, deploy, and manage the policies, processes and systems to support the talent acquisition needs.
- Drive proactive recruitment strategies and manage recruitment resources including internal and external partners and provide direct sourcing activity within budget guidelines.
- Apply the approved process/technologies to identify and source top talented candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates and recommend qualified candidates to fulfill the recruitment needs, prepare the job offer considering company salary structure and manages all candidate correspondence.
- Develop recruitment goals based on hiring needs, transfers, promotions, salary requirements, and other employment issues, and maintain all data, including applicant flow statistics.
- Provides accurate and timely reports to management concerning cost per hire, turnover, advertising costs, agency costs, or other related measurements or statistics.
- Provide analysis of key employees’ development, succession planning and other key strategic workforce issues.
- Serve as the care-taker of all hiring policies, processes and practices to ensure the organization remains compliant with internal policies as well as state and federal regulations.
- Develop standard approach to Individual Development Plans for high potentials and key positions.
- Ensure plans are actively managed to support individual employee development.
- Manage college and high school internship programs and corporate development programs within the Division.
- Actively work to identify opportunities to develop tools and processes to support division wide talent development programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline and additional post-graduate certification is preferred.
- Experience +7 years in HR (+5 years in Recruitment and Training).
- Experience as a Sourcing and Development head or similar role.
- Manufacturing and Construction background is preferred.
- Excellent professional networking, presentation, and communication competencies.
