Job Description
- Assist in build the manpower plan.
- Build a recruitment plan.
- Assist in making of annual compensation and salaries budget.
- Build a recruitment budget.
- Conduct all salaries surveys.
- Submit a quarterly report about the performance of recruitment agencies & platforms.
- Responsible and committed to leading all recruitment policies and procedures.
- Committed to achieving the objectives of the recruitment plan on time and within budget.
- Make sure that all the hiring process and its documents are legal
- Make sure that all references check processes are done efficiently.
- Assist in make the job description of all jobs whether it exists or not.
- Report to the HR Director.
Job Requirements
- He must be highly experienced at FMCG field for at least 5 years.
- High Graduation
- Very active person.
- Customer service and result oriented.
- Has advanced skills in communication and negotiation.
- Very good English command
- Excellent MS Office user.
