Job Description

Customer service team required for online Travel agency located in Dokki.

Being Batch 1 which is a very good opportunity to be promoted .

  • Counsel clients on their various travel choices and explain the differences between available options.
  • Maintain client relationships and solve problems to keep repeat clients happy.
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone,
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Very good English.
  • Customer service background is a must .
  • GDS Experience is A Must.
  • Tourism background.
  • Call Center Experience is must.
