Job Description
- He-She should work on behalf of the MD and track each detail in all on going work and ensure its perfection
- Administer everyday functions for organization and coordinate with managing director within required timeframe, build strong relation with clients and suppliers.
- Prepare all work goals and objectives and evaluate progress and effectiveness of all staff and provide support to all its members to achieve all project deliverables within required timeframe
- Daily manage and monitor all staff activities according to existing policies and ensure that all work done perfectly.
- Represent company at various meetings and supervise efficient working of staff and visits work sites regularly.
Job Requirements
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to be able to deal with all stakeholders effectively.
- Should be working to grow our business by maintaining current clients and approaching new clients.
- English language proficiency.
