Job Description

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments.
  • Handle calendar management
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf.
  • Preparing offers & covering letters in (Arabic - English – French)
  • Maintain proper (filing system- databases - projects and employees follow up sheets).
  • Receiving & handling international calls coordination.

Job Requirements

  • French (writing, talking, Speaking), degree: Fluent
  • English (writing, talking, Speaking), degree: Very Good
  • Programs: MS Office, Word, Excel, outlook
  • Professional business writing qualification in both French & English.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy, able to respect the confidentiality
  • Familiarity with office organization techniques.
  • Hard worker, committed.
