Job Description
- Provide administrative support.
- Coordinate calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments.
- Handle calendar management
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf.
- Preparing offers & covering letters in (Arabic - English – French)
- Maintain proper (filing system- databases - projects and employees follow up sheets).
- Receiving & handling international calls coordination.
Job Requirements
- French (writing, talking, Speaking), degree: Fluent
- English (writing, talking, Speaking), degree: Very Good
- Programs: MS Office, Word, Excel, outlook
- Professional business writing qualification in both French & English.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented
- Trustworthy, able to respect the confidentiality
- Familiarity with office organization techniques.
