Job Description
- Develop and execute the business and annual sales plan
- Manage all sales, marketing and customer-service related functions.
- Manage to achieve sale’s budget and objectives.
- Strategically analyze the marketplace to determine potential sales and ensure adequate coverage to reach targets.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Provide ongoing updates and trend analysis to management.
- Manage all pricing and promotional activity
- Monitor and analyze sales promotional results and overall marketing spend ROI
- Prepare accurate monthly expense reports, activity reports or other documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure the company is well represented in the marketplace.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering, Science of Chemistry / Agriculture / Pharmaceutical specialising in food.
- Experience from 5-8 years in the sales field
- Experience in the sales of food ingredient is required
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills.
- Multitasking with time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to rapidly build relationship and set up trust.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- High negotiation skills.
- Ability to close sales deals.
- Alerted and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (spoken/written), other languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Driving License is required, own a car will be an advantage.
