Job Description
- Reviewing and studying project maps and making notes.
- Follow-up, receiving and sending the contractors extracts and project extracts to the owner.
- Work schedule for the project in coordination with the Director of the Construction Department.
- Reporting on the project's work in coordination with the construction manager, according to the work need.
- Work to keep all price information confidential with the owner.
- Constant and continuous contact with the department management.
- Maintaining the quality of business implementation from contractors in the project.
- Attending meetings with the consultant and the owner as determined by the consultant.
- Agreement with workers or subcontractors, as required by the project and with the specified budget, in coordination with the department management.
- Any work assigned by Manager of the Constructions Department in UAE that does not conflict with the nature of his work
Job Requirements
- Resident in UAE
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
