Job Description
- Ensure attendance data is regularly imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required.
- Review monthly leave balances (annual, sick,…) on HR system and coordinate with branches to ensure updates are done.
- Collect and administer data related to head office employees’ vacations, attendance, or any other transaction and submit the related reports to the C&B on time for monthly closing
- Conduct daily spot-checks in head office to ensure the code of conduct is implemented
- Apply disciplinary actions and conduct investigations as needed and follow up on branches to ensure related reports are sent monthly
- Administer and monitor all end-of-services procedures and the related clearances for HO employees and branch employees
- Prepare/follow up on renewal contracts for head office and branch employees to ensure it is done on time and in accordance to labor law
- Fill form 6 and form 1 for head office and all branches and dispatch to branches to submit to insurance offices after acquiring personnel manager signature
- Monitor submission of all government related forms and data on time (such as employment letters and insurance forms) to avoid fines
- Review monthly consolidated exit interviews report in comparison to leavers recorded on system to complete missing data before submitting to HR manager
- Ensure archiving of employee documents and filing system are maintained
- Provide all needed information and documents requested from any department related to personnel
- Ensure implementation of all department related policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience.
- Excellent English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
