Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handle assigned bank/banks queries and reports with bank counter party and feedback all related parties, if required.
- Receive, review and submit remote area applications/requests on a daily basis and coordinate all logistics.
- Manage a proper filing system for the assigned bank/banks.
- Provide implementation support in any project linking bank/banks processes with other departments.
- Generate, develop and create the needed statistics or reports required by the KAM and assist Key Account Manager in day-to-day project activities.
- Coordinate all requirements related to the Bank/banks with other departments.
- Manage activities; prepare relevant documents for the assgined bank/banks incentive initiatives ( such as recognition certificates, achievement awards, sales contests).
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Insurance Industry
- Sales field experience
- Good analytical skills
- Diplomatic attitude and aptitude in providing partnership and customer focus
- University degree
- Good command of written & spoken English and Arabic
- Good computer skills
