Job Description
- Medicare is the first Health Maintenance Organization in the Middle East.
- Medicare's aims to provide the highest medical services through integrating and coordinating the relations between the various parts, health care providers and our clients.
- Customer Service Representative serves as a direct point of contact for the customer by all forms of communication.
- He/she communicates with the customer through a variety of means by telephone, mail, fax, presentations or in person.
- Customer service main task and responsibility to facilitate and ensure that organization's customer receive an adequate level of service or help related to their question and concern.
- Duties may include receiving and placing telephone calls.
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Performs data entry and uses software programs
