Job Description

  • Patient Communication: Handle outbound calls to assist patients in scheduling appointments with technicians for required tests.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments based on technician availability, patient preferences, and test requirements.
  • Customer Support: Provide patients with necessary information regarding tests, appointment locations, and preparation instructions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 1 yeat customer service experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in night shift.
