Job Description
- Patient Communication: Handle outbound calls to assist patients in scheduling appointments with technicians for required tests.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments based on technician availability, patient preferences, and test requirements.
- Customer Support: Provide patients with necessary information regarding tests, appointment locations, and preparation instructions
Job Requirements
- Proven 1 yeat customer service experience.
- Fluent English.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in night shift.
