Job Description

  • Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations and upgrades.
  • Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software.
  • Modify & Generate new reports according to Customer Requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder.
  • Good Knowledge of the Crystal Report.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience in PL/SQL
  • Welling to learn.
  • Ability to work individually or with a team.
  • Customer representable (shape and attitudes).
  • Customer Service Experiences (Preferable).
  • Hard Worker.
