Job Description
- Serve and consolidate technical issues relating to software Technical functions, installations and upgrades.
- Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
- Identify, analyze and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the business cycles of software.
- Modify & Generate new reports according to Customer Requirements.
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge of Database Engine tools (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Report builder.
- Good Knowledge of the Crystal Report.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience in PL/SQL
- Welling to learn.
- Ability to work individually or with a team.
- Customer representable (shape and attitudes).
- Customer Service Experiences (Preferable).
- Hard Worker.
