Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based database applications.
- Build and customize forms using Oracle Forms.
- Design and develop reports using Oracle Reports.
- Write efficient PL/SQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Optimize performance of queries and ensure proper indexing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver database and UI solutions.
- Participate in database design and architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, forms, and reports.
- Document technical designs and user manuals as needed
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Oracle database development.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Experience with Oracle Forms for designing and maintaining application screens.
- Experience with Oracle Reports for building and customizing reports.
- Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Nice to Have:
- Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional - OCP).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with data integration tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
