Job Description
- We are seeking candidates with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to fill the Technical Support position. Technical Support staff are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, among other duties.
- Additionally, Technical Support staff must interact directly with customers and prepare written documentation, which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Identify hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Diagnose and repair faults.
- Resolve network and printer problems.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Communicate with customers to quickly identify the root of their problem.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to customers.
- Walk customers through a series of steps to resolve the issue.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replace or repair necessary parts.
- Provide support through procedural documentation.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and customer support software.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
