You are responsible for

Developing, managing and driving infrastructure and operational components on site and between sites.
Triaging problems and resolution on site level across IT organizational landscape.
Informing the site of operational issues and resolution.
Assisting in budget, quality and regulatory initiatives for IT on the local level
Receiving IT assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use IT resources to meet schedules and goals
Providing guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company IT policies.
Recommending changes to IT policies and establishing procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
Working on IT issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
Following IT processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, acting as an advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical IT problems.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelors’ degree in a related field (Business, IT, Engineering)
8-10 years’ experience in IT, Business, or Engineering.
Strong knowledge of key components of infrastructure; Data Centers, LAN, WAN, storage, backup, cloud, security and other technologies
Experience in dealing with complex infrastructure and operations.
Experience in planning, coordinating, executing and evaluating projects/programs
Has a solid foundation of key IT practices and teachings.
Has experience in problem solving complex issues
Has excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
Understands the organizational complexities and has interpersonal skills to deal with issues and initiatives
