Job Description
- Implement daily planned activities of communications / interviews / follow-ups and send a daily report
- Commitment to achieve the sales plan assigned and send reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to the sales manager
- Implementation of policies and sales systems and conditions and prices of jobs and work instructions
- Implementation of the sales program and interviews by telephone to implement the sales plan
- Know all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation to the customers
- Study the reasons why some customers stop dealing with the company and gives reports explaining the reasons
- Follow-up problems / inquiries of customers
- Submit the weekly report about the sales achievements and telephone calls and visits
- Complete the tasks assigned within the scope and knowledge and, technical and functional possibilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the field of sales in real estate & Developments companies 1-3 years.
- Age not exceeding 30 years
- Experience in Dealing with customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media networks development.
- Fluent English.
- Good computer skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Presentable.
