Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Resolve Microsoft sharepoint related issues like site access, files issue and list/libraries issues.
- Replacing equipment as necessary
