Job Description
Ensure internet performance is acting well.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Respond to queries on-site or remotely.
Opening a new user account on the company's information network, opening an e-mail address for him, and canceling the account on the internal information network and the e-mail of the resigned employees.
Provide technical troubleshooting, identify request type, diagnose and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as required.
Solve and support any problem related to printers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system
- 2-4 years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English.
