Job Description

We are hiring IT Helpdesk Specialist at Haram, Giza.

Main Tasks:
Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
Responding to client support queries.
Diagnosing issues with computer and mobile software, peripherals, and hardware.
Providing basic IT training.
Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
Following up with clients.
Completing support tickets.

Job Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidate must hold a relative bachelor’s degree.
    • Candidate must possess (0-2) years of experience in IT helpdesk.
    • Knowledge of computer and mobile software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
    ·  Knowledge of SALESBUZZ Application is preferred.
