Job Description
- Ownership of department's business plan, portfolio retention and service quality.
- Responsible for managing/training / coaching the operations team for corporate Life & Medical Insurance.
- Responsible for following up on operation process for corporate accounts.
- Coordinate and attend regular meetings with customers and Insurance providers.
- Negotiate offers, policy terms & conditions and services with Insurance providers.
- Support renewals and opening of potential new accounts.
- Support sales team.
- Maintain accurate reporting system.
Job Requirements
- BSC degree is required, Preferable in Pharmacy / Medicine / Veterinary Medicine or Dentistry.
- Solid professional experience in Life & Medical Insurance is required.
- Previous experience in a managerial level position is a must.
- Excellent command of English language and Computer skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership and management skills
