The Role:

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Pitching services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients
  • Managing a range of applications
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Flexible, friendly and supportive working environment
  • Working closely with the Director and Senior Migration Coordinator
Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Fee Estimates and Client Agreements with Deposit Requests
  • Interview clients and discuss their plans and asses their eligibility
  • Prepare and collate supporting documents for visa applications, including Skills Assessments and Police Checks
  • Monitor and record the progress of applications within the operating system
  • Conduct Work-In-Progress meetings and prepare Client Status reports
  • Schedule client consultations and health assessments
  • Client updates and communications
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the firm’s services
  • Develop cost estimates and proposals
